Henry spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs, first in Chicago and then in London, where he was a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division; Henry also served as the Global Head of Electronic Futures, overseeing sales, client relationship management, algorithm development, pre- and post-trade analytics, and external vendor relationships.

After his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Henry served as the Head of Business Development at Nickel Digital Asset Management, an investment firm deploying highly sophisticated low-latency algorithmic trading in pursuit of arbitrage strategies in the digital assets market.

JP Smith

Co-Founder and Head of Research & Development

Former Senior Security Engineer at Trail of Bits, where he worked with clients such as Goldman Sachs, Facebook, and DARPA.

While at Trail of Bits, JP was the primary author of one of the most popular open-source security auditing tools in the Ethereum space and led audits for several preeminent blockchain companies.

JP is an influential voice in the crypto space and his research on cryptography and program analysis has been published in Financial Cryptography and IEEE SecDev and he has presented at many industry conferences.

Adam Ringwood

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Adam started his career in security, ultimately working as a Security Researcher at Endgame. Adam’s engineering work brought several concepts from R&D to new product offerings that strengthened the security infrastructure for Endgame’s customers.

Adam studied Computer Science at Illinois State University, where he also conducted research on rule-based, phonetic and machine learning processes.

Taotao He

Taotao is the former Co-Founder of Marto-HG Digital Asset Group, an actively managed crypto hedge fund built on institutional quality infrastructure and focused on fundamental analysis, deep engineering research, and opportunistic arbitrage.

Prior to entering crypto, Taotao spent time at Barclays Capital, Bridgewater Associates and Goldman Sachs

Caroline Saucier

Prior to joining Skolem, Caroline was an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where her practice focused on assisting financial institutions in regulatory compliance matters and commercial litigation.

Caroline has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an LL.M. from Sorbonne University, and a B.A. from McGill University.
